Did you know that:

Smoking only relieves the discomfort caused, in the first place, by smoking.

Smoking does not reduce stress, it increases it.

Tobacco is the only legally available substance that when used entirely as intended, kills you. (Or worse!!! - because if you are lucky it only kills you, the other things it can do to you are much worse.)

There are over 4000 chemicals entering your body when you smoke, in addition to Nicotine, Tar and Carbon Monoxide.

Carbon Monoxide reduces the ability of your blood to carry oxygen around your system and can affect the electrical activity of the heart.
111,000 people die every year in the UK as a result of their smoking. (That's as if a Jumbo Jet crashed every single day and killed all its passengers!)

Nearly 30 per cent of adults still smoke although approximately 60 per cent would like to quit.

As long ago as 1992 the New Scientist published a report that began:

"Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit. Willpower, it turns out, counts for very little"

If you want to quit why not try Hypnosis using a tried and tested, very fine tuned method developed by Michael Knock

Here is how:

1. Make an appointment.
This hour long consultation will give you the opportunity to meet your therapist and ask all the questions you have about the method and why it works. If, at the end of this consultation, you are not entirely convinced that this is the right route for you, you can leave and owe nothing.

2. Home Work.

If you decide to proceed, then for a week to 10 days before you quit you carry out some homework which consists of listening to a special audio CD designed to develop your skills in hypnosis and relaxation.

3. Quit - Full Stop!

This 90 minute session puts an end to your smoking habit once and for all. A very refined, solution focused, approach using hypnotic techniques developed over many years. Although no guarantee is given, most people find this remarkably effective and very easy.

4. Follow Up.

Two days later, there is a follow up session to check that everything went to plan. The vast majority of people return reporting success and confidence about the future. If however, there are any problems, they are usually dealt with at this session.

The whole process from start to finish requires a little of your time and an investment in your life of just £165. Most smokers recover this amount in less than one month! Saving approximately £1500 or more each year.

Don't wait until it's too late,
make up your mind to quit now.
